Job Description Job Description Description: Job Description Required license or certification: LCPC, LGPC, MSW,LCSW, LMSW, LMFT Utopia a fast-growing behavioral health clinic and substance abuse facility in Greenbelt, MD is seeking motivated and passionate counselors who are willing to add their dynamic expertise to our Outpatient Mental Health Centers. In this role, the Clinician is responsible for assessment of clients including the development, evaluation, and modification of the plan of care. The clinician interprets and performs complex patient care procedures specific to their area of expertise, sets objectives and goals for treatments and develops treatment plans in conjunction with the medical director, implements and monitors treatment plan. Clinicians provide individual and group treatment, such as psychotherapy, supportive therapy or crisis intervention on a long term or short-term basis. This position consults with family, community and external health agencies to obtain information and to coordinate therapy, and to help clients utilize resources of agencies. Maintains client charts and records, including evaluation, progress notes, individual treatment plan, medication logs, order sheets, and discharged summaries. We are looking for you! CEUs 4.Supervision Qualifications: Requires at least a master's degree from an accredited school, licensure for independent practice by a Maryland professional board. Previous clinical experience an added advantage but not required. Basic computer skills required.
