Job Description:
PowerBack Rehabilitation invites applications for the role of
Assistant Director of Rehabilitation Clinical Services. In this
paramount role, you will be integral to our mission to deliver
expert rehabilitation and recovery services post-hospitalization.
The ideal candidate will assist in leading a team of rehabilitation
professionals dedicated to crafting personalized, intensive
treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient,
aiding in their journey towards regaining independence after
surgery, injury, or illness. Oversee clinical operations and ensure
the provision of exceptional care quality. Collaborate in
developing and implementing clinical programs and protocols to
enhance patient outcomes. Assist in managing the rehab staff,
providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Participate in budget preparation and management for rehabilitation
services. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local
regulatory requirements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
to streamline patient care from admission to discharge. Strong
leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
in a clinical setting. Deep understanding of rehabilitation
services and treatments. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Current and unrestricted state licensure as a Physical
Therapist or Occupational Therapist. Board Certification in
Physical Rehabilitation (ABPTRFE) or similar credentials
preferred.
