Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Seeking a
skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide exceptional
services in a K-12 school setting located in Staunton, VA. This
position focuses on supporting students from Pre-K through 5th
grade with a caseload of approximately 30 students. The role offers
a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, spread across 2-3 days,
beginning ASAP and concluding on June 8th. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations for students Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy
targeting speech, language, and communication needs Collaborate
with educators, families, and other professionals to support
student progress Maintain accurate documentation and progress
reports in compliance with state and school guidelines
Qualifications and Experience: Valid State Speech-Language
Pathologist License is required Experience working in a school
setting or with pediatric populations preferred CCC-SLP
(Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
or completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) beneficial Strong
communication and organizational skills Ability to manage a
caseload of approximately 30 students effectively Benefits: Highly
