Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Clinton, Maryland,

12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required. License:
Valid state license required at the time of application.
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required. Must-Have: Candidate
must successfully pass the EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a
minimum overall score of 80% and a perfect score of 100% on lethal
rhythms. MS/Tele and Cardiac Tele experience required. Float to ICU
and Med Surg as needed. Every other weekend required. First-time
travelers accepted. Description: The position requires an
experienced registered nurse in intermediate care. The nurse will
work night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30. Responsibilities include
providing care for adult and geriatric patients. The average daily
census is 9 patients. There are 12 beds available in the unit.
Interdisciplinary support available includes Physical Therapy,
Respiratory Services, and Pharmacy. The nurse will be required to
manage patients with cardiac, neuro, respiratory, and GI/GU
diagnoses. Skills essential for this role include managing central
lines, ventilators, and high flow nasal cannula. The nurse will
administer medications, including blood products and cardiac drips,
as well as perform phlebotomy. Wound care management is also an
expected responsibility. The nurse will need to interpret
dysrhythmias and manage patients on telemetry. Isolation
precautions and adherence to protocols must be practiced. Strong
communication and teamwork skills are necessary for collaborating
