Home Health RN in Elkins, West Virginia, 26241! Job Opportunity –
Home Health RN – West Virginia Start Date: February 16, 2026
Location: Elkins, West Virginia Compensation: Details provided to
qualified applicants Schedule: Days, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM
to 5:00 PM (5x8 schedule); on-call rotation approximately 1-2
weekdays per week and one weekend per month Highlights: 13-week
contract with consistent weekday schedule and predictable on-call
rotation Adult home health patient population with approximately 6
visits per day Total daily census of approximately 120 patients
supported by collaborative RN team Structured on-call schedule
shared among four RNs with advance monthly sign-up After-hours
visits are occasional; primary on-call responsibility involves
phone triage Navy blue scrubs provided as uniform standard
Requirements: Active West Virginia or Compact RN license (pending
license acceptable) Minimum 2 years of RN experience required;
travel experience preferred Adult home health experience strongly
preferred Current BLS certification through American Heart
Association Must reside more than 100 miles from facility (75-100
miles considered case-by-case) Minimum of 2 manager or charge nurse
references from past 2 years Flu vaccine required (medical
