Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • Minimum 3 years of experience required with previous travel experience preferred • Level I Trauma experience required with Level II trauma experience (>1 year) minimum • Must be proficient in both scrubbing and circulating • Must be proficient with DaVinci Xi robot and bonus points for DV5 DaVinci robot experience • Must function independently in robotic general, GYN, thoracic, and urology specialties • Required to work independently in all specialties: Robotics, Orthopedics, General, GYN, Urology, Bariatrics, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Thoracic (excluding cardiac and open heart), and Trauma • 3-4 weekend shifts required within a 6-week matrix (day, evening, or night shifts possible) • 2-3 call shifts within a 6-week matrix with 30-minute callback response time • Holiday coverage required per department need (day, evening, or night shifts possible) • Maximum 7-day return to orientation period • Patient ratio of 1:1 across all shifts • Care for patients of all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics • Work in 18-room operating suite with daily census of 50-60 cases • Epic charting system experience heavily preferred • BLS certification required (AHA or ARC only) • Clean nursing license required with no license hits accepted • Tobacco and fragrance-free facility • Pre-start modules required (5-6 hours, billable) Facility: This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive Level I trauma center with an 18-room operating suite and 593 beds.
