with a minimum score of 80% overall - Must score 100% on lethal
rhythms - MS/Tele and Cardiac Tele experience required - First-time
travelers accepted - Required to float to ICU and Med Surg as
needed - Every other weekend required Description: We are seeking a
skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Intermediate Care Units.
Candidates must have a solid background in ICU nursing.
Responsibilities will include providing high-quality patient care
in the IMC setting. The role involves monitoring and assessing
patient conditions and implementing care plans. The patient ratio
is 4:1. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to
ensure effective patient management. Perform complex nursing
procedures and care for patients with a variety of diagnoses,
including cardiac, neuro, and respiratory conditions. Utilize
various medical equipment, including ventilators and IV
non-titrated drips. Manage patient care for adults and geriatric
patients. You will be responsible for conducting assessments,
administering medications, and ensuring patient safety.
Participation in Rapid Response and Code Team activities may be
required. This position may involve occasional floating to ICU and
Med Surg as needed by the facility. Candidates must be adaptable
