Job Description Job Description Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner - In-Home Health Evaluations We're hiring independent contractor NPs to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage , Medicaid , and commercial health plan members. Build trusted relationships while helping people re-engage with their health.
