Job Description:
H2 Health is seeking a dedicated Clinic Director to oversee the
operations and administration of our rehabilitation services,
ensuring that physical, occupational, and speech therapies are
delivered with the highest standard of care. The ideal candidate
will manage both home-based services and facility-based programs,
ensuring interdisciplinary cooperation, compliance with healthcare
standards, and operational excellence. Oversee daily operations of
the clinic, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and
quality standards. Direct and supervise a diverse team of
healthcare professionals, providing guidance and leadership.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote optimal
patient outcomes and efficient use of resources. Manage clinic
budget, resources, and equipment, and make adjustments as necessary
to meet financial objectives. Conduct regular staff meetings and
training sessions to ensure staff is informed and compliant with
the latest therapy practices and technologies. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of patient care and
clinic services. Utilize patient feedback to improve service and
satisfaction. Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and
staff. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in healthcare
management software and technology Knowledge of healthcare
regulations and accreditation standards Ability to manage budgets
and financial reports Strong critical thinking and problem-solving

Insurance 401k Current licensure as a physical therapist,
occupational therapist, or speech therapist, depending on area of
specialization preferred. Certification in healthcare management
(e.g., FACHE - Fellow of the American College of Healthcare
Executives)
