be considered. An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse
with Emergency Room (ER) experience to work night shifts in a small
critical access hospital environment. This role involves delivering
high-quality patient care in a setting where the Emergency Room and
Medical-Surgical units collaborate closely. Candidates must have
prior charge nurse experience and be comfortable adapting to the
dynamics of a smaller hospital. Key qualifications and desired
experience include: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with ER
experience Previous charge nurse experience is required Ability to
work effectively in a critical access hospital setting Comfort
managing responsibilities across ER and Med-Surg units Strong
clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Location:
Lancaster, New HampshireLocated in northern New Hampshire,

12-hour night shifts (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.), averaging 36 hours per
week Coordinate and oversee nursing staff as a charge nurse during

patient outcomes Manage emergency and medical-surgical patient care
needs with professionalism and efficiency This is a contract
position ideally suited for candidates within a 50-mile radius of
