Job Description:
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Step
Down Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12
Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Must have a valid
state license in-hand to be considered Certifications: ACLS & BLS
required Must-Have: EPIC experience preferred Description: Schedule
requirements include working 3x12-hour night shifts, weekends, and
holidays as needed. Candidates will be reviewed by clinical staff
to determine clinical fit. If candidates pass the clinical review
and meet guidelines, they will be sent for a final decision.
Interviews will be conducted by management. Floating to other step
down or medical-surgical units might be required. Candidates could
be assigned to care for COVID patients. The facility is tobacco and
fragrance-free. Candidates should notify the recruiter prior to
submission if necessary. Medical or religious exemptions for
COVID-19 and flu vaccinations are allowed. RTO (Requested Time Off)
should be a maximum of 7 days. Excessive RTO will result in
additional time added at the end of the contract to ensure a full
13 weeks. Modules are billable and generally take 5-6 hours to
complete before the start date.
