Titrate vasopressors & sedatives in PACU.VentsYes & occasionally in PACU, as well as Bipap, Cpap, & High FlowHospitalist or Intensivist in houseHospitalist in-house 24/7IV TeamNoRT 24/7RT is in-house 24/7. They bring vent established patients to the OR & maintain in the PACU Pharmacy 24/7Yes & have OmnicellShiftsThey have 8's, 10's, & 12's. Varied start times, primarily day/evening. No self-scheduling for travelers. They will allow block scheduling if it meets the needs of the unit. FloatingNoFloor specific orientation3 ShiftsCommon types of cases to recoverAll surgical cases except Open HeartICU patients - do they recover in PACUDuring usual M-F 8a-4p they will keep ICU patients for 1 hour in the recovery room - after hours they take them directly to ICU.
