Come work for and with a great team!*Must have CNA certification or in the process of obtaining certificationCertifiedNursing Assistant (CNA) Weekend Program details: 2- 12 hour weekend shifts, Day Shift (6:30am - 6:30pm)* 1 - 8 hour shift (6:30am to 2:30pm)*Must work 48 out of the 52 weekends per yearPay:$32.75/hourBenefits for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)- Paid 30 Minute Lunch Break- Employee discounts at the Fairmount Caf- Paid Time Off (PTO) plan- 401K plan-Benefits for 32 hour / week employees Department: Skilled Nursing Care Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Job ResponsibilitiesAssist each resident with activities of daily living. This includes eating, bathing, elimination, ambulation, and positioning according to policy.Report pertinent information and/or changes in residents' conditions promptly to the charge nurse.Obtain vital signs, weights, calorie counts, intake, and output accurately.Present each resident with a clean and neat appearance.Respect and follow the Fairmount core values and mission statement " Strive to enrich the lives of those we serve"Job QualificationsRequired current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of PennsylvaniaHave a sincere desire to work with older adults and demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of others.Kind, respectful, patient and cheerful when engaging with residents, co-workers, families, and community.Demonstrate a sincere teamwork approach to resident care.Support the mission, philosophy and values of Fairmount.
