Experience with Epic is required. Requirements: This role may require floating to additional units and locations Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role. COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Additional Details: Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions. Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.
