Job Description

Staff Psychiatrist needed in Sterling, Virginia. The primary focus of the Psychiatrist is to provide direct patient psychiatric services to mentally ill inmates-wards. Details:

Permanent, full-time position

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Patient Volume: 10 to 20

Call required: 1:4

100% inpatient

Daily rounding includes ongoing liaison and coordination with the care team

Conduct patient intakes, conduct discharges, and recommended other care

Dedicated admin and support team

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry

Valid Virginia and Maryland medical license

Active DEA
