Job Description
Staff Psychiatrist needed in Sterling, Virginia. The primary focus of the Psychiatrist is to provide direct patient psychiatric services to mentally ill inmates/wards. Details:
• Permanent, full-time position
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Patient Volume: 10 to 20
• Call required: 1:4
• 100% inpatient
• Daily rounding includes ongoing liaison and coordination with the care team
• Conduct patient intakes, conduct discharges, and recommended other care
• Dedicated admin and support team

Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Valid Virginia and Maryland medical license
• Active DEA
