Dynamic and experienced corporate executive to oversee shared service teams and liaison with business unit leaders to ensure operational and workflow excellence for various corporate and strategic growth initiatives throughout the corporate infrastructure. Ensures continual business practice improvement and facilitation of enterprise business and project plans. Leads the organization in administrative management (compliance, talent, financial, quality, marketing & brand awareness, and innovation) for optimal efficiencies. Qualifications: Undergraduate or advanced degree in Business Administration (BSBA) Must possess solid business administration skills and strong corporate business acumen Quality assurance and management Organizational behavior Economic principles - financial and managerial accounting Marketing management Business law and contract administration Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics Proficient in computer and related technical skills Track record of success facilitating progressive organizational change and development General knowledge of government contract management Excellent writing, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and ability to effectively interface with senior management, board members, and staff Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace Demonstrated problem solving skills Requirements Analytical tools for management to include cost analysis planning and control Change management, process improvement, and organizational performance improvement Conflict and negotiation Managing cross-culturally Demonstrated experience with complex contract negotiation, interpretation, and compliance Demonstrated entrepreneurial ability to develop alliances and coordinate shared interests of all parties, with excellent communications and problem-solving skills designed to meet the challenges of a global enterprise Responsibilities: Providing instructional leadership to shared service leaders Developing and implementing aspects of the companys strategic plan Reviewing and developing administrative policy Promotes a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to high quality Partnering with peers, including the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer, VP of HR and Marketing leader, to assure that the administrative and support services operations are integrated, efficient, sustainable, and compliant with all relevant regulations and corporate growth goals Develops, maintains, and oversees the corporate compliance program, conducting annual evaluations of the plan's effectiveness to ensure that all required elements of the compliance program are addressed - may be required to drive initiatives relative to certain certification (ex: ISO certification, etc.). As an agent for Corporate Compliance, responsible for regular reporting to the board and senior management on the operation and progress of compliance efforts Proactively identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk and develop/implement corrective action plans for resolution In concert with the VP of HR, evaluates and advises on the impact of long-range planning of new programs/strategies and regulatory action as those items affect the attraction, motivation, development and retention of talent Oversees the development of staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the organization for positions of responsibility Conducts thorough and scheduled review and evaluation of systems and processes to ensure efficiency and continuity across the enterprise Evaluates overall organizational performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics Ensures that institutional licenses and general insurances are kept current and in force Ensures proper functioning and integrity of information technology systems Establish and monitor staff performance and development goals, conduct annual performance appraisals
