This is an opportunity to take real ownership of your store and make a meaningful impact as part of a brand that values its people and purpose.Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading a passionate and professional team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Driving sales results and exceeding store KPIs
• Coaching, developing and mentoring team members to grow their retail careers

  • Proven experience managing a fashion/lifestyle retail store (1-3 years minimum)
  • A strong understanding of sales targets, KPIs and retail operations
  • A natural leadership style with a focus on collaboration, coaching and accountability
  • Passion for styling, tailoring, and premium customer service
