Project Manager with a strong background in workplace and
commercial interiors.The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye
for design, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to
manage multiple projects from conception through completion. This

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage interior design projects, ensuring they are
completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of
quality.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and
project requirements, providing expert guidance and innovative
solutions.
- Oversee all phases of project development, including conceptual
design, design development, construction documentation, and
construction administration.
- Collaborate with the Principal in Charge (PIC) to identify and
secure opportunities for the Practice area.
- Coordinate and manage project teams, including architects,
designers, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, zoning
laws, and regulations.
- Prepare and present project proposals, budgets, and schedules
to clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and
implement effective solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their
satisfaction and securing repeat business.
- Travel to project sites across the United States as
required.Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, Interior Design,
or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management,
with a focus on workplace and commercial interiors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from
inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of design principles, construction
processes, and building codes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal
skills.
- Proficiency in design and project management software (e.g.,
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Project).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative
environment.
- Passion for and fundamental understanding of sustainable
design.
- CPHD, LEED and/or WELL accreditations, progress toward
licensure (NCIDQ) are pluses.What we offer you:
