Face to Face Interviews - London - October 14th to 16thOnly apply if you can attend interviews on these dates.I am searching for a Department Manager (Ops Excellence Manager) who will be based in the PMO office of the end client undertaking a range of projects in their portfolio. The positions will be based in the Middle East on a residential contract for the duration of five years.Key Responsibilities:The role involves:

• Reviewing and updating policies, procedures, and quality assurance processes for the PMO, ensuring consistency with the PMM.
• Overseeing risk management, project monitoring, and reporting.
• Assessing PMO staff capabilities and implementing a knowledge transfer program.
• Establishing performance metrics, dashboards, and reports.
• Ensuring accurate project data input into PMIS systems.
• Coordinating performance evaluations of contractors and consultants.Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering- 20 years + experience in a project management environment on large scale projects- Involvement in continuous improvement and capacity building/talent development.- Working knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up/set-up work processes.- Expertise in site engineering, project controls, EHS, and contract management.Please email CVs to me at chris.kellie@ablyresources.com to discuss further.
