relationships that drive client success.Salary: $135,000 - $200,000
per yearEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and strategically target potential accounts to expand
client base.
- Develop comprehensive account entry strategies tailored to the
specific needs and objectives of potential clients.
- Execute targeted prospecting campaigns to attract new
clients.
- Forge and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within
targeted accounts.
- Collaborate with a team of experts to design and deliver
customized solutions that align with client business objectives and
drive measurable outcomes.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to continuously
refine and improve business development strategies.Minimum Position
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 10 years direct B2B sales experience with a focus on
Fortune 1000 companies.
- Proven history of developing new business in the realm of
professional services.
- Experience managing large volume transactions valued at
$250,000 or higher.
- Adept at navigating sales cycles ranging from three to twelve
months.
- Demonstrated stability in career, with no more than 3 job
changes in the past decade.
- A history of compensation structured around highly leveraged
commissions and bonuses.
- Proven track record in lead generation and revenue
increase.Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Business or a related field.
- Certification in Sales or Business Development (e.g., CSP,
CPSP).
- Experience in engaging and securing international clients.
- Multilingual capabilities, particularly in languages
influential in business (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish).
- Strong technical proficiency with CRM and sales analytics
tools.Skills:
