  • Work with client to identify requirements, coordinate details for impact analysis and present for sizing.
  • Gather estimates and sizing assumptions and present and negotiate with client.
  • Engage architecture as needed for solution identification.
  • Manage from request initiation through funding, prioritization, and hand-off for implementation.KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
    • 8-10 years of ITSM experience in Change and other processes
    • ITIL V3 / 2011 Foundation or Intermediate certification
    • Capable of collaborating with multiple technical towers, facing the customer, coordinating with vendors
