CoSolutions is seeking a SharePoint Project Managerto oversee the design, development, enhancement, and implementation of SharePoint Solutions software at ourWashington, DClocation. This is aHYBRID position, although some travel is anticipated.*****THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWRD*****Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Being a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the CORA dual role as one of the senior level employees and provide overall program management.Ensuring Contractor employees understand and abide by established rules, regulations, and policies concerning safety and securityProviding a monthly status report to the COR and Contracting Officer via electronic mailMeeting with the Contracting Officer and COR upon request to present deliverables, discuss progress, exchange information, and resolve emergent technical problems and issues.Minimum Required Qualifications:Clearance:Public Trust (May be obtained after approval)Education:Bachelor's degree (MA or MS is a plus)Certification:Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalentMinimum Required Experience:7-10 years of experience leading efforts in support of solutions using SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Bi, and Power Automate7-10 years of expertise in managing multiple Agile project teams and working with multiple stakeholders with different functions (HR, Budgeting, Training, etc.)7-10 years of expertise in developing and implementing strategy and action plans in fast paced project environments.7-10 years of a proven track record of successfully delivering high-visibility products using Agile methodologies7-10 years of expertise in communicating with both technical/non-technical stakeholders at varying levels.7-10 years of experience in leading solution design activities across enterprise level solutionsCandidates must possess excellent communication skills and be able to communicate efficiently and effectivelyCandidates must be able to work well with clients and team members of all levels not requiredCoordinate with various internal and/or external leaders to develop creative solutions, while adhering to project deadlines and budgetsEnjoys and works well collaborating with other designers and developers to achieve solid and well thought out web-based experiencesAbout CoSolutions:Be a part of CoSolutions and join an award winning, experienced and dedicated team of federal contractor professionals specializing in IT, software engineering, cyber IT, intelligence support, customer service and mission critical training.
