and Responsibilities for the FDA Project Manager position include
but are not limited to: Manage all aspects of projects from
planning through execution, serve as the main point of contact, and
strive to meet product delivery, quality, and budget goals Manage
risk, budget analysis, and scope effectively to create successful
outcomes. Responsible for the quality and efficiency to include
both technical issues and business processes Managing a
cross-functional team with a diverse array of talents and
responsibilities Identify superior technical talent, recruit and
build high performing teams focused on service delivery Work with
the Technical Architect to document roadmap, releases plan, sprints
including risks, and dependencies for optimization and
modernization efforts. Produce monthly status reports detailing
activities, problems, corrective action, and IT operational reports
Interact with teams to plan and implement projects, define tasks,
and manage timelines while tracking deliverables Work with
technical architect to driver standardization, reduce variability
and variety of technologies, and modernization architecture. Work
with the product owners to develop roadmap, releases plan, and
sprints including risks, and dependencies for optimization and
modernization efforts Work with government COR and deliver on
contractual milestones Establish solid working relationships with
Government POC''s to deliver successfully on program goals and
position REI as a thought leader on the program
QualificationsRequired Skills and Qualifications A minimum of 8
years of experience in the IT field, with at least 3 years of
managing multiple cross-disciplinary IT teams on large, complex,
high visibility projects Proven experience using project management
frameworks and Agile development methodologies Demonstrated track
record of delivering high visibility, challenging projects
successfully Outstanding verbal and written skills Excellent time
management and ability to juggle multiple tasks under strict
deadlines Demonstrated track record in building cross-functional IT
teams Ability to work with Government POC''s to present complex
technical ideas Experience using Agile lifecycle management tools
such as a JIRA Must able to obtain a government security clearance.
Desired Skills Knowledge of ITIL process Exposure to responding to
government solicitation through RFP''s and RFI''s Education BS in
Computer science/Math/Engineering PMI PMP certification ITIL
Certification Location: HybridCovid Policy Disclosure: Should the
