Job Description:
CoSolutions, a Woman-owned Small Business (WOSB), is seeking a
mid-level, "rising star" corporate Operations Program Manager to
oversee and manage the company's prime and subcontract performance.
This is a Remote opportunity, but you will need to be based in the
continental US.
As our corporate Operations Program Manager you will:
Be the company's eyes and ears and conduit to our programs and
contracts.
Interface and build rapport with customer contacts, both government
and prime teammates.
Provide oversight to our remote off-site contract staff to ensure
our operations align with our with our customers' mission and
support our on-site teams' needs at the corporate / HQ level.
Be responsible for organic growth of our programs.

program and contract customers, and our small and large business

Responsibilities include:
Manage the Company's programs from an operational perspective,
ensuring exceptional customer service as well as be the conduit
between HQ and our on-site program staff to provide any needed
corporate or program support;
Manage program staff to ensure staff's compliance with contractual
requirements, corporate policies (i.e., approving timesheets), and
corporate metrics (i.e., ISO);
Maintain direct and regular communication with Company's on-site
program staff;
Develop, maintain, track, report and submit all contract
deliverables according to contractual requirements;
Ensure all customer established performance measures are met on
programs;
Lead monthly Programs Performance Reviews (PPRs) for Company's
program to senior leadership staff;
Provide suggestions and recommendations for continual process
improvement of programs to increase efficiencies, effective
operations, and profitability;
Monitor programs for issues and risks - ensure they are identified,
communicated and mitigated as appropriate;
Work with Human Resources to identify, recruit, vet, and fill
necessary program personnel to fulfill contractual
requirements;
Oversee and prepare for annual personnel performance reviews;
Employ innovative approaches to foster team collaboration and
camaraderie to affect a positive work environment and maximize
employee morale and satisfaction.
5-10% travel may be required.
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years of federal contracting
program or operations experience;
Strong, successful and demonstrated customer service
experience;
Experience successfully managing multiple programs simultaneously
or managing / overseeing all aspects of a large program;
Experience interfacing with corporate departments to support
program or operations management such as: --- Human Resources ---
Contracts --- Finance / Administration ---Security;
Experience managing DoD / Intel agency contracts as well as
experience managing cleared staff;
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and MS Office Suite;
Exceptional communications skills, both oral and written;
Ability to successfully manage time, prioritize multiple competing
tasks, and consistently meet required deadlines;
Must be based in the Continental US.
Preferred Experience:
Experience managing project budgets, monitoring contract funding
levels and managing projects to comply with approved budgets;
Ability and Willingness to obtain/maintain a DoD clearance
Experience managing IT / technical programs preferred.
Experience supporting business development activities
PMP or equivalent
