We are seeking a detailed oriented and friendly Account Manager who is motivated by providing top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate also enjoys collaborating with team members and has an interest in the kitchen and bath/home-building industry. The primary role of the Custom Account Manager (AM) is to oversee countertop projects from start to finish.

Our Custom Builder Department is a great team comprised of individuals that manage the many phases of the countertop production process. We are a team who loves working with one another and are looking to hire others who want to collaborate and be part of a growing company. Compensation:



--- Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities:
--- First point of contact with retail/custom builders we serve
--- Intake new customer information into our job tracking system
--- Prepare quotes/pricing for project using dimensions from our measurement team
--- Confirming all information prior to template with customer/builder
--- Send email confirmations to customers and project managers prior to template and install
--- Assisting with phone calls and directing to appropriate team members
--- Following up after the project is complete to ensure the customer experienced A+ service throughout all phases of the project

Qualifications:
--- Have worked at a Granite/Stone Fabrication/Installation Company previously (preferred).
--- Have an Interest in home design/decorating/remodeling.
--- Possess a friendly and welcoming demeanor and passion for helping people/customer service.
--- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work well under pressure.
--- Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
--- Possess great verbal and written communication skills.
--- Trustworthy and can be counted on to safeguard the confidentiality of not only our business but our clients as well.
