The mid-Atlantic industry leader in the design, production, and delivery of custom kitchen and bath countertops, Terra Stoneworks, is seeking a highly motivated, talented individual to work in our company as a Client Care Manager. The person who handles this position is deeply committed to top-notch customer service exemplifying the 3 C's: Care, Commitment, and Communication. The Client Care Manager always looks to go "above and beyond" for our customers to make sure that they have a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Compensation:



--- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities:
--- First point of contact with retail/custom builders we serve
--- Intake of new customer information into our job tracking system
--- Prepare quotes/pricing for a project using dimensions from our measurement team
--- Confirming all information prior to the template with the customer/builder
--- Send email confirmations to customers and project managers prior to the template and install
--- Assisting with phone calls and directing to appropriate team members
--- Following up after the project is complete to ensure the customer experienced A+ service throughout all phases of the project

Qualifications:
--- Have worked at a Granite/Stone Fabrication/Installation Company previously.
--- Interest in home design/decorating/remodeling.
--- A friendly, warm/welcoming demeanor and passion for helping people/customer service.
--- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work well under pressure.
--- Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
--- Possess great communication skills both verbal and written.
--- Trustworthy and can be counted on to safeguard the confidentiality of not only our business but our clients as well
