  • Overseeing whole AP process (-750 invoices/week) utilizing MS Dynamics GP
  • Will manage 1 other staff in AP
  • Will be doing data entry, post batches, help with filing, anything that the ap staff is doing, the manager will also be hands on and assist
  • Very manual full cycle AP process including expense reports, check requests, etc.Requirements:
    • 5-10+ years of ap experience
    • Someone who can pick up on things quickly
    • Previous management experience is a plus but NOT required
    • Previous Microsoft Dynamics GP experience is a plus but NOT required
    • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
    • Savvy with technology and able to figure things out on one's own
    • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's)Personality Fit:
