Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group in collaboration with a hospitality company, is searching for driven Senior Manager. The Manager will be responsible and accountable for the strategy, planning, and execution of production schedules across several manufacturing plants in multiple states. Responsibilities:

• Assist senior management and leadership with developing, reconciling, and monitoring budgets
• Coordinates cross-functionally to ensure that all supply chain commitments are met
• Forecasts and manages activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process
• Plan, schedule and manage the timely sourcing of raw materials as it relates to upcoming production according to PO
• Leads supply chain program execution and is accountable for resource planning
• Completes other responsibilities as assigned
  
  Qualifications/Background Profile:
  
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent combination of education
  • 5+ years of supply chain, program management, production planning, purchasing or closely related experience
  • Experience working with integrated planning and production management systems
  • Understanding of general manufacturing and purchasing workflows, shift schedules
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite Proficient; Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Ability to build and maintain successful working relationships with internal teams and partners, both internally and externally
  • Solid communication skills with the ability to communicate with teams or present recommendations to increase the efficiency of the processes
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex reports, needs and documentations
