Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex investigations and/or organizational assessments related to workplace relations/ethics concerns
• Provide support, advice and guidance to HR business partners and line management to effectively manage/resolve workplace relations/ ethics concerns
• Partner with legal in preparing and responding to external agency complaints, audits, and employment litigation
  Qualifications/Background Profile:
  
  • 5-7 years of employee relations experience
  • Experience supporting multiple states
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of State and Federal laws pertaining to employment and labor
