Description:Under the direction of the Operations Manager, Quality Service Manager supports the Commercial Services division to coordinate, track, and manage service and training activities for the commercial crew base serving JK clients.Works with the Operations management to implement training programs for new hire training classes and progressive training to meet corporate service standards. Collaborate with the corporate Safety Director and the Commercial Operations Manager to assess safety standards and implement standard operating procedures to ensure the achievement of the corporate goals.Schedule will be Tuesday thru Saturday with flexible hours (ie., client dependent)90% of the time, the QS Manager will be out on client site. Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing crew professionalism & appearance
• Perform Job Quality Checks
• Maintain accurate working files
• Provide outstanding value, excellent communication, a willing attitude, reliability, and a professional image, an assurance of excellence, customer empathy, and exceptional service
• Embrace change and be willing to take risks and create new ways for employees to work cohesively together
• Capable of changing or modifying conventional ways and doing what makes sense even when faced with a challenge
• Conducts skills assessments and quality control exercises for incorporated training initiatives and on-going developmental needs
• Conducts learning and information sessions to drive full understanding and education on policies and procedures,
• development, technical skills, performance management and soft skills
• Emphasizes core values and mission statement through the training process and as a cultural reinforcement to employees
• Provides performance feedback to trainees and to management
• Communicates in a manner that influences the perception and behavior of othersQualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable and experienced with MS Ofice (Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.)
  • Proven ability to work with other team members in pro-active and respectful manner
  • Solid customer service skills, follow up, communication (verbal and written)
  • Due to the required mobility, candidate MUST have a clean driving record and be insurable by JK Moving insurance policy
  • Proven problem-solver, analytical and decision making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked, and electronic environment
  • Have the ability to take responsibility for results and make adjustments as needed
  • Assists with the development and design of tactical and strategic training initiatives
