(SBCCOE). Northeastern (NJC) is seeking applications for the
position of Response, Innovation, and Student Equity (RISE) Grant
Coordinator. The responsibilities of the Grant Coordinator include
overseeing all grant activities for Response, Innovation, and
Student Equity grant in coordination with the Vice President of
Academic Affairs. The ideal candidate for this position is a
self-starter, self-motivated, and has strong project management
skills. This includes the ability to develop timelines, execute
plans, and ensure timely delivery of results as defined by the RISE
grant; plan and execute meetings virtually or in person; and travel
throughout the Northeastern delivery area articulating activities
with all parties including: RISE grant Steering Committee,
Trendlines, RISE, Northeastern Finance Office and workforce
stakeholders and county leaders. The person selected for this
position must be able to clearly communicate to all stakeholders
through a variety of means and understand Colorado Community
College System and Northeastern policies and procedures related to
grant activities with thorough understanding of the various
cultures in our region and the area in which this grant will serve.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of three year's work experience in project
management;
- Demonstrated professional communication and organizational
skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain engagement and buy-in with
grant stakeholders and Northeastern faculty and staff.
- Experience working on projects that require participation from
many disparate groups including college members, funders,
employers, area high schools, community members. Contract
specifics: This position is evaluated annually by the Vice
President for Academic Affairs using the Admin/ProTech Performance
Planning and Evaluation Form. This is a benefit eligible,
full-time, professional position that will remain open until
filled. It consists of a 260-day work year with a salary range of
$50,000-70,000, commensurate with education and experience. Salary
and work days will be prorated based on starting date. Competitive

of 13 member-colleges of the Community Colleges of Colorado, lies
in the rural northeastern Colorado town of Sterling. The community
of approximately 13,000 residents enjoys easy access to Denver, the
Rocky Mountains and the western-agricultural lifestyle.
Northeastern enrolls approximately 900 full-time and 1,400
part-time students through a wide variety of majors in associate
degree and certificate programs. As a residential campus with six
residence halls accommodating 600 students, the college attracts
students from throughout Colorado, many states and several foreign
countries. Approximately 50 full-time and 45 part-time faculty
