SAIC is looking for aVice President, Cybersecurity Technologies to lead our horizontal businessoperation. This person will be a key member of the leadership team in our DigitalTransformation organization. The VP for Cybersecurity will be responsible for buildinga horizontal business operation ensuring the development of repeatablesolutions and methodologies while developing SAIC's pipeline to drivesignificant organic growth and market leadership. -- Defining and executing a multi-year developmentroadmap and strategy to include prioritizing and managing investmentportfolios. -- Working with internal and external technologysources to identify short term and long term technology trends that lead todevelopment of differentiated SAIC solutions and offerings. -- Lead the development and innovation of SAICbranded solutions and offerings to be used across Civilian, Defense andNational Security agencies. -- Define innovative and effective delivery andpricing models for SAIC Cybersecurity solutions. -- Lead and support Demand Generation activities tofoster the identification and capture of Cybersecurity opportunities that alignwith SAIC strategy and design. -- Lead the engagement of internal and externalcustomers to foster an education of SAIC solutions and offerings. Engageexternally with executive customers and acquisition leaders to shaperequirements and introduce capabilities; represent the company on industrycouncils to include acquisition shaping and reform -- Lead strategic capture opportunities utilizingdifferentiated SAIC solutions and offerings resulting in net new growth in the Cybersecuritytechnology domain. -- Utilizing competitive intelligence functions,define usable market analysis, competitor analysis, Sector/Account analysis andAcquisition Trends and patterns. -- Responsible for defining and improving SAIC Cybersecuritybrand through effective thought leadership, the development of strategicmarketing assets, coordination of campaign messaging, and developing SAICpresence in the Federal/State/Local market. -- Foster the maturation and sustainment of strategicindustry partnerships -- Lead the management and successful execution onstrategic programs through development, growth and transition phases. -- Develop an exceptional dedicated talent pool andcommunities of practice across SAIC dedicated to the Cybersecurity domain andfocused on strategic growth and customer success. -- Develop solutions and frameworks for Cybersecurityemerging practices such as automated threat response and mitigation utilizingdata analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and zero trust. -- Develop cybersecurity solutions focused on cloudtechnologies, DevSecOps/AIOps and intelligent edge. -- Manage and develop agile teams of highly technicalresources to design, develop, and deliver or solutions or programs within theCloud and Platforms group. -- Meet with customers as well as line personnel inbest practices for customer engagement and to enhance win rate Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant business, technical, orprofessional field of study. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • --More than 10 years of experience leading Cybersecuritytechnical organizations with an emphasis on developing and managing ahorizontal business unit supporting strategic, complex captures for governmenttechnology adoption ranging in size (up to multi-billion dollar values), scope(emerging concepts and technologies), and vehicles (e.g., schedules, OTAs,managed services)
  • Proven capability in managing the development ofproducts, solutions and offerings with an emphasis on Cybersecuritytechnologies.
  • Proven track record of success in supporting thecapture and winning new and diversified business. Familiar with best practicesin these named areas.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience working with federal,state and local and commercial, with a strong preference for experience acrossmultiple customer agencies.
  • 15+ years leading or supporting the demand shaping, leadgen, and execution of strategic captures and proposals.
  • Proven ability to apply organizationaldesign/development experience to support transforming and upskilling a Cybersecuritytechnology focused workforce to support innovation through enterprise andindustry-wide trend identification and analysis.
  • Proven ability to support and provide leadership to anenterprise BD community responsible for large and complex deals that oftenincorporate new offerings, emerging technologies, and/or new delivery models.
  • --Proven ability to set guidelines, criteria, andbest-in-class competencies for Cybersecurity solutions development.
  • Proven ability to engage with and successfully influencecustomers, corporate leadership, and industry peers.
  • --Excels at identifying, shaping, and cultivating growthopportunities in early stage maturation from problem identification throughsolutioning, competitive positioning, and proposal development
  • --Knowledge of Federal business acquisition process and theFederal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
  • Experience identifying and developing requirements fordeal, CRM, and related data analysis tools and systems. Proficient with the useof business software, including Microsoft Office Suite and at least oneCustomer Relations Management tool (e.g., Deltek CRM, Salesforce).
