Job Description:

The functions of this role are to work with the sales and operations staff to be proactive in evaluating/servicing opportunities. Drives new and existing service offerings and builds a network of clientele. Acts as the Client Liaison throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor and develop Supervisors or Project Managers-in-Training to take on higher roles of accountability. This individual manages the crew members assigned to the job; manages all logistics, delivery, service, relocation management, productivity, storage, packing and assembly and breakdown of equipment and peripherals. Responsibilities

• Grow existing relationships to drive new business and service offerings
• Attend existing account and project external client meetings
• Be a resource for the sales team on large opportunities to attend pre-bid walkthroughs and provide guidance on resource management through operational efficiencies.
• Able to conduct site surveys prior to the move to identify areas of concern and potential challenges on the project
• Initiate and maintain a professional rapport with client and staff (facilities, HR, security, etc.) to ensure all contractual requirements are met
• Provide management level oversight of all technical infrastructure and customer related enterprise architecture plans
• Reviews and prepares project proposals to determine time frame, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
• Able to plan, direct, and coordinate activities of more complex projects which may include multiple facilities, multiple phases, and/or multiple projects at one time
• Be a resource for the sales team on large opportunities to attend pre-bid walkthroughs and provide guidance on estimating through operational efficiencies
• Directs team members engaged in the functional and implementation of equipment, goods, and materials for assigned jobs
• Facilitates the professional, comprehensive, and complete execution of projects
• Provides direction based on project requirements and communication with Dispatch, Operations, etc., ensuring adherence to all company policies and safety protocols
• Communicates directly with the client, responding to any special needs or concerns
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure lifecycles
• Prepares project reports for management, client, or others
• Must be available days, nights, and weekends
  
  
  Qualifications
  • PMP and/or Logistical experience preferred
  • 5 years' experience in an office, industrial and IT relocation arena
  • 5 years supervisory experience of 10 or more subordinates
  • 3 years' experience with IT centric relocation preferred
  • Demonstrated experience matching skill levels to complexity of workloads
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Team player and motivator
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
  • Must be a U.S. citizen to access military installations and government facilities
