Writes test cases and scripts and identifies data for test scenarios.* Conducts a walk through on test case/script with Test Managers, Requirement Leads, Project Managers, and Development Leads.* Performs tests of software and/or IT systems to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects.* Performs verification activities on work products using defined methods, procedures and criteria with an appropriate verification environment.* Documents and communicates test results. Supports analysis of test results and resolution of open issues.* Reports progress on problem resolution to management.Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; Masters and 0 years related experienceClearance Requirement: Must have an Interim Secret Security Clearance to start with the ability to obtain a full Secret Clearance; prefer active.Required Skills:* Experience withformal software testing experience* Experience with automated test execution* Experience with test tools utilized to simulate data input or capture data* Experience integrating and troubleshooting software and hardware within a simulation environment* Knowledge of formal software qualification processes and artifacts as well as experience creating formal test documentationSAIC is a premier technology integrator solving our nation's modernization and readiness challenges.
