IDR is seeking an Inventory Management Specialist for a long-term contract opportunity in the Sterling, Virginia area. This person will be working with a close-knit global team with an extremely innovative organization in the retail space! The ideal candidate will be proficient with Excel and have strong analysis, data entry, and research skills. -Position Overview for the Inventory Management Specialist: Research warranty information for specific items Correct items that are categorized incorrectly Follow procedures and business rules consistently Resolve discrepancies through inventory tracking systems Make recommendations based on data analysis Troubleshoot software issues Required Experience for the Inventory Management Specialist: 2+ years of Data Analysis experience Advanced Excel skills Experience creating Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and conditional formatting in Excel - Proficiency with the MS Office Suite Strong analytical and quantitative skills Comfortability with data and numbers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in business, science, math, statistics, or related field desired Experience working with an Oracle Database is desired Why IDR 20+ Years of Proven Industry Experience in 4 major markets Employee Stock Ownership Program Dedicated Engagement Manager who is committed to you and your success Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance ClearlyRated's Best of Staffing - Client and Talent Award winner 6 years in a row
