Key Responsibilities - Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance professionals - Oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance - Enforce and uphold all safety standards, including OSHA and LOTO compliance - Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Engineering to resolve issues and improve processes Qualifications - Strong mechanical and technical background within a manufacturing environment - Proven leadership experience in maintenance or production settings - Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot equipment and drive continuous improvement Why Independent Can?
