Leidos, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Senior Contracts Manager to support our Intelligence Sector in
Columbia, MD. Seeking a motivated self-starter who can work
independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. The
selected candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio of contracts
aligned to our Cyber & Analytics Business Area and must have
experience providing cradle-to-grave contract administration
support for FFP, CPAF, CPFF and T&M government contracts;
including RFP analysis, hands-on proposal development, coordination
of appropriate internal reviews, contract negotiation, and
contract/task order administration and execution. Primary
Responsibilities The Intelligence Sector within Leidos has a career
opening for a Senior Contracts Manager to support contracts within
the Cyber & Analytics Business Area. The candidate should have
progressive experience providing cradle-to-grave contract
administration support for various CP, FFP, T&M Government
contracts including RFP analysis, hands-on proposal development
including the development of terms and conditions, coordination of
appropriate internal reviews, contract negotiation, and
contract/task order administration and execution. Candidate will be
responsible for overall contract compliance of assigned tasks in
accordance with contract requirements, company policy and
procedures, and applicable laws. Candidate must be able to work
independently as well as part of a team of contract professionals
supporting proposal preparation and a portfolio of contracts.
Collaborate closely with program teams by working onsite with them
at least two days per week. Candidate must be able to multi-task
and prioritize work activities in a fast-paced environment and
effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
Ability to lead the review and analysis of RFP's, prepare compliant
and cost/price proposals, and represent Leidos’s interests during
negotiations and contract administration. Multi-task and prioritize

interact with other contracts and procurement staff, functional
peers, management and external and internal customers (including
company executives). Identify and mitigate contract risks as well
as coordinate appropriate reviews in accordance with Leidos policy
and procedures. Lead the review and analysis of RFPs, review and
negotiate Teaming Agreements, NDAs and licenses as required,
prepare compliant and complete Contracts Volumes and OCI Plans, and
represent Leidos’ interests during negotiations and contract
administration. Basic Qualifications Requires a BA degree and 8-12
or more years of prior relevant experience; or a Masters with 6-10
years of prior relevant experience. General experience in Contract
Administration may be considered in lieu of degree. Experience with
Government (FAR / DFAR) contracting: Fixed Price (FP), Time &
Material (T&M), Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF), Cost Plus Fixed Fee
(CPFF), Level of Effort (LOE), Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite
Quantity (IDIQ) and General Service Administration (GSA) type
contracts. Must have the ability to make sound business judgments,
handle multiple contractual activities with a short turn-around
time, and work independently as well as part of a Team. Must have
proven ability to solicit and process complex information and data
to solve complex problems and make sound decisions The Candidate
must be proficient with Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite, including
Excel, Word, and Outlook. Must have demonstrated excellence in
interpersonal, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to identify and mitigate contract risks and
coordinate appropriate reviews in compliance with Leidos policies
and procedures. Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
Preferred Qualifications Strong knowledge of IC Acquisitions and
Regulations Completion of formal contracting coursework or
certification. Success in supporting large capture teams for
complicated multi-year programs. Demonstrated experience in
negotiating complex contractual issues on active contracts. If

Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00 The Leidos pay range for this job
level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of
compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending

job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as
well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable
