Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Salary: We are looking for a
motivated and detail-oriented Systems Verification Intern to
support software testing and verification activities for the Novel
Dx device. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn medical
device testing practices, follow protocols with integrity, and
accurately document test results, data, and observations. Key
Responsibilities Learn the Novel Dx device workflow, system
behavior, and test environment. Execute software and verification
tests by strictly following approved protocols and procedures.
Write and maintain test protocols, test cases, and step-by-step
verification procedures. Collect, log, and organize test data,
results, and observations with high accuracy and traceability.
Identify, document, and communicate defects, anomalies, and
deviations clearly and ethically. Prepare technical reports
summarizing test outcomes, findings, and recommendations. Present
test results and key insights to the broader engineering/product
team. Required Skills & Qualities Strong attention to detail and
ability to follow structured instructions. High integrity,
professionalism, and commitment to ethical testing and accurate
reporting. Basic understanding of software testing concepts (test
cases, verification, bug reporting). Comfortable working with logs,
data tables, and documentation tools (Excel/Google Sheets,
Word/Docs). Clear written and verbal communication. Preferred
Qualifications Coursework or experience in software engineering,
biomedical engineering, systems engineering, or related fields.
Exposure to pipetting and wet-lab practices is a plus. Familiarity
with medical device verification/validation workflows is a plus.
Duration 6-month internship starting January 2026 (extendable based
on performance and business needs).
