Job Description Job Description Description: We are seeking a skilled and dependable RV Service Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working with RVs and campers, this is a great opportunity in a fast-growing industry. Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, propane, appliances, and slide-outs Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and pre-delivery setups Troubleshoot mechanical and structural issues Document repairs and communicate findings clearly with customers and staff Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Qualifications: Previous RV, automotive, marine, or mechanical repair experience preferred Strong troubleshooting skills Ability to read schematics and service manuals Valid driver’s license; RVIA or similar certifications a plus Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently What We Offer: Competitive pay with growth opportunities Steady workload year-round Supportive team environment Training and certification opportunities Benefits available for full-time employees (health, PTO, etc.) Requirements: Job Skills Excellent communication skills.
