Job Description:
Constellation, a leader in sustainable energy solutions, is
seeking a highly skilled and innovative Engineer specialized in
Electrical/Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) Design to join
our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you'll have the
opportunity to work on pivotal projects that enhance our energy
creation and distribution capabilities. You will design and
implement complex electrical systems and instrumentation, ensuring
they meet the stringent standards of efficiency and safety needed
to sustain communities and protect the environment. Design
electrical and control systems for energy generation and
distribution facilities Ensure all designs comply with industry
standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new
technologies and methodologies into existing infrastructure Create
detailed documentation and schematics to support design and
installation Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring
efficient deployment of resources Conduct system tests,
troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure optimal
operation Keep abreast of latest industry trends, technologies, and
regulations Proficiency in electrical design software such as
AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or similar Experience with PLC
programming and SCADA systems Strong understanding of power system
dynamics, electrical circuit theory, and control logic Ability to
analyze complex data and translate requirements into effective
designs Excellent communication and teamwork skills Problem-solving
abilities and attention to detail Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license
is preferred Certified Automation Professional (CAP) or a similar
credential is a plus
