Job Description:

Senior Development Engineer who will be vital in leading
engineering projects and developing strategies that increase energy
production and distribution capabilities while reducing
environmental impacts. The ideal candidate will bring a thorough
knowledge of energy systems, a passion for sustainable energy, and
a commitment to meticulous project execution. Design and develop
large-scale engineering projects aimed at improving infrastructure
and increasing energy efficiency across gas, oil, and electric
sectors. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with
sustainability goals while meeting economic and technical
feasibility. Conduct detailed environmental impact assessments and
integrate innovative technologies to minimize ecological
disturbances. Collaborate with supply chain and procurement to
ensure the high-quality and cost-effective resources and materials.
Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations to ensure
compliance and to drive strategic innovations within the company.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and funding proposals to
communicate project status and results to stakeholders. Mentor
junior engineers and support ongoing development of the engineering
team. Proven expertise in project management tools and
methodologies, such as Agile and Lean Six Sigma. Strong proficiency
in CAD software and engineering design tools. Familiarity with the
regulatory landscape in the energy sector, particularly related to
gas, oil, and electric utilities. Excellent problem-solving skills
and an analytical approach to challenges. Superior communication
and leadership abilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k PE (Professional Engineer) License. PMP (Project
Management Professional) certification desirable. Certification in
Six Sigma or Agile methodologies.
