Job Opportunity: Cloud and Virtualization EngineerLocation: Washington, DC onsiteSalary: $130-$140k on conversion (contract to hire)We are looking for a highly skilled Engineer to lead and manage enterprise-level infrastructure projects, focusing on next-generation data centers and VMware technologies. This role will involve designing, deploying, and maintaining advanced infrastructure solutions with a strong emphasis on security, performance, and scalability.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage VMware and hybrid cloud deployments.
• Design and architect data center solutions with a focus on security, scalability, and performance.
• Provide expert-level support for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective technical solutions.Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure and multi-platform environments.
• Expertise in VMware vSphere, Horizon, hybrid cloud (AWS), and SAN storage.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
