Position Details:

--- Title: Technical Support Engineer
--- Location: Ashburn, VA
--- Shift: M-F normal working hours
--- Compensation: $80K starting based on experience
--- Benefits: Robust benefit package
--- Travel: 20%, travel may be local and occasional out of area. Passport required.

Position Description: Includes
As a TSE you will report to the Technical Support Manager and work closely with the sales team to specify custom monitoring solutions for data center owners and operators. You will work with both engineers and C-suite executives, providing support onsite, by email, and by phone.
--- Focus on deploying Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS).
--- Perform on-site commissioning of company products.
--- Assist customers with configuration and setup of company hardware/ software.
--- Develop documentation for the as-built system
--- Respond to service requests and assist with setup of hardware and software.

Requirements:
--- College degree, technical diploma, or related military experience
--- Data Center and 3-4 years of electrical experience
--- Knowledge and experience in fundamentals of electronics, electrical technology, and basics of energy meters.
--- Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting EPMS issues relating to low voltage (480V) applications, power metering, networking and PLC/HMI integration.
--- Demonstrated interest in technology, particularly related to electronics, instrumentation, or process control.
--- Experience working w/ sophisticated data center owner/operators preferred
