Overview: The Unison Development Support Engineer is a hands-on
role, that operates as part of a team and will be involved in
diagnosing and debugging of various products using the Microsoft
.NET platform. The developer must be skilled in several software
object-oriented principles and patterns. Demonstrated experience
with SQL and database design is also required for this position.
Success in this role requires an innovative mind, a tenacity and
desire to drive complex challenges to resolution, and the ability
to manage multiple complex workstreams while adapting to
continuously changing priorities. This position reports to a
Development Support Manager. Responsibilities: Diagnose incidents
(customer-reported issues) as needed in a variety of languages,
functional Customer Care resources to get to the root-cause of
customer-reported problems by way of virtual working sessions,
phone calls, email, and ticket system updates with multiple teams.
Create and test debug packages and files for identifying defects in
various software environments. Be a team player and recommend
process improvements where observed. Clearly communicate individual
and team progress/challenges on a daily basis. Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelors Degree in a Computer Science or related field
Experience with C#, ASP.Net and the .NET Framework Experience with
SQL and relational databases PL/SQL preferred Knowledge of core web
frameworks. Must have experience using industry best practice
logging and error handling frameworks. Experience with Microsoft
Server OS, including the creation and configuration of .NET
application pools.Required Education BS or MS in a related
