Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Providing
speech-language pathology services in a dynamic school setting,
this full-time position offers an opportunity to support students
from infant to 21 years old across multiple locations. The role
requires travel between five school sites within the Rock Hall, MD
area, delivering in-person therapy sessions while allowing the
flexibility of completing administrative paperwork remotely. Key
Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations and
provide therapy to students ranging from infants to 21 years old
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on
student needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and other
professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate and
timely documentation and prepare reports related to therapy
sessions Travel between five school locations to provide
consistent, hands-on therapy services Adhere to all relevant
regulations and professional standards in speech therapy practice
Qualifications and Experience: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) certification, preferably with the Certificate of Clinical
Competence (CCC) Experience working in school settings providing
speech and language services Strong organizational and
communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple caseloads
Comfortable working in-person with students while handling
paperwork remotely in a hybrid work structure Ability to travel
regularly within the designated school locations and provide
therapy on-site Location and Work Schedule: Position based in Rock
Hall, MD, requiring travel to five school sites Full-time schedule
of 37.5 hours per week Hybrid model: all therapy sessions must be
conducted in person; remote work permitted only for paperwork and
documentation Not a fully remote position This role is well suited
for an SLP seeking meaningful work supporting a diverse student
population with a balance of in-person therapy and remote

Compensation for this position ranges from $30.22 to $60.22.
