Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A professional opportunity
is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide
specialized behavioral support within an elementary school
environment in Frederick, MD. This contract position focuses on
delivering targeted assistance through a structured Pyramid Program
designed to enhance student success. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
1:1 behavioral support and programmatic assistance to students
within the school setting Work collaboratively with educators and
behavioral specialists to implement behavior intervention plans
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as
needed under supervision Maintain a positive and encouraging
atmosphere conducive to learning and development Qualifications and
Experience: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license
required Previous experience working with students in educational
settings preferred Ability to follow behavioral protocols and
collaborate with school personnel Strong communication and
observational skills to support individualized student needs
Location: Elementary school located in Frederick, MD, with specific
support roles available at Walkersville High School and Centerville
Elementary (Urbana, MD) Contract Details: Contract duration through
the current school year, ending June 12 Start date: ASAP This role
offers the chance to contribute to meaningful educational and
behavioral outcomes for students while working in a supportive,
structured school environment. Qualified candidates are encouraged

the Pyramid Program. Compensation for this position ranges from
$25.50 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare
