advancement opportunities for Appalachian youth. Through the
Challenge Program, we offer young people, ages 16 through 21 years
old, the opportunity to strengthen their work and life skills,
deepen relationships, serve their community, and get paid! After
successful completion of the Challenge Program participants are
offered part-time Junior Crew positions in one of our enterprises
or departments. Want to learn more? Fill out the application, and
we will send you dates of the next information session. We can't
wait to meet you and tell you all about the Challenge Program. We
accept applications on a rolling basis for the Challenge Program.
Our next Challenge Program is scheduled to kick off in November.
