Job Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in automotive services preferred - Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role - Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to explain complex automotive terms to customers in a clear and understandable manner - Proficiency with automotive service management software and computer systems - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required Compensation details: 45000-125000 PI19bdc9f0d56f-37156-38545804
