Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities • Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations • Conduct daily safety inspections and job hazard analyses (JHA/JSA) • Lead and document toolbox talks and safety meetings • Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns • Maintain safety documentation and site compliance records • Support project management and field teams with safety planning • Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to fall protection requirements • Assist with safety training and onboarding of new workers • Communicate safety concerns and corrective actions to leadership • Promote a strong culture of safety across the project site Qualifications • Strong knowledge of construction safety and OSHA regulations • Experience working on construction or data center projects preferred • Ability to perform safety inspections and identify hazards • Experience conducting safety meetings and incident investigations • Strong communication and leadership skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment Required Certifications - OSHA 30 (Required) - OSHA 510 or 500 (either one required) - First Aid / CPR (Required) Preferred Certifications: • CHST or other safety certifications • NFPA 70E Additional Requirements • Ability to work on-site at active construction projects • Ability to walk job sites for extended periods • Strong documentation and reporting skills • Reliable transportation • Willingness to work project schedules as required Compensation • Competitive hourly pay based on experience • Per diem available for travel assignments • Opportunities for overtime depending on project needs Company Description SafeSite Solutions LLC is seeking experienced Site Safety Coordinators to support large-scale data center and commercial construction projects.
